OCCOA Glo Ball Champs

The Oceana County Council On Aging held their Glo Ball Event Friday Aug. 21st with a 9:00 PM Shotgun start. With sixteen teams competing and enjoying the cool, misty rain, the food was great the fun was there to be had. The winning team of Don Anderson, Ross Finlan, Laura Ritchie and Husband Chris Ritchie took home the title with a two under par 35 on the back nine at Oceana Golf Club. Look to get them next year and a great big thanks to Stephanie Moore, Executive Director of OCCOA for putting this all together.

New Club Champion Crowned 2009

Gary Blohm defeated Gary Babinec to take home the hardware and have his name engraved on the traveling James Harrison Memorial Championship trophy.

Oceana Club Championship

In the Senior Division Mike Crouch (pictured) defeated Rich Granger and in the First Flight Bob Beckman defeated his son Mason. The Championship will be decided this week.
